A customized collection for the kitchen, service and bar of the FOGO e ÁGUA was created in the Strauss Atelier, combining the influences of traditional Orber salt boilers’ clothing and the formal wardrobe of the circumnavigational era.

The name of the restaurant takes its cue from the Portuguese pioneering spirit, the explorer’s curiosity about a new world. FOGO e ÁGUA aims to bring a cosmopolitan culinary spirit to Bad Orb’s gastronomic scene with national and international haut cuisine.
